countdown: 7 days!
it's kinda weird that instead of seeing this for Christmas...
(christmas in the park - downtown san jose,ca)
i'll be seeing this!
i have also always complained about having a winter birthday because i always wanted a pool party to celebrate my birthday (like the ones we used to have for Diana's bday!)...but i guess i can't really complain this year...because i'll be spending my birthday in 90 degree weather on the beach!! yayyy!! can't wait. one week till i'm on a plane to Australia!!

pescetarianism
One of my goals for 2010 is to be a pescetarian.
(NOT a Presbyterian or pedestrian, Sam! Haha)
Pescetarianism, also called pesco-vegetarianism, is the practice of a diet that includes seafood and excludes mammals and birds. In addition to fish or shellfish, a pescetarian diet typically includes some or all of vegetables, fruit, nuts, grains, beans, eggs, and dairy. The Merriam-Webster dictionary dates the origin of the term "pescetarian" to 1993 and defines it to mean: "one whose diet includes fish but no meat."
